All the service engineers are regularly trained and updated for the latest products, to ensure better exposure to current technologies and products. We have service offices in and around Bangalore. An in-house R&D Lab supports the service center with all facilities Like Soldering and De- soldering Stations, Hot Air Blower and other Software like QA Check, QA Plus, and Pin Firing Software required for a Thorough Check and Service of all Peripheral Devices.

A standard procedure of calls analysis, recording of calls with call Nos, Technical Call escalations, are set and strictly fallowed upon. The same will be Reviewed Weekly by the R.P.S (Regional Product Specialist) along with the in-charge and Call coordinator.
