EXCEL PERIPHERALS was incorporated in Nov-2000. The Company began operations in March 2001, initially focusing on Servicing of Printers
EXCEL PERIPHERALS completed 20 years of our customer service business and is a Bangalore based company established by a group of Engineers with substantial experience in the field of Information Technology. Today we provide service to a number of reputed companies.
We have our own Clients/Dealers who take Services from us and also will attend the calls on behalf of us through out the State.
EXCEL Peripherals is Chip Level Service center for all Makes of Printers Like Dot Matrix Printers, LaserJet’s, Color Laser jets, Inkjet, office jet, Line Printers, Plotters, High Speed Dot matrix Printers Thermal printers , label printer and Pass book printers
We Support on repairs of Desktop, laptop, Monitor, all brand SMPS, Scanner, Projectors, Server, Printer head repair and reconditioning done for all kind of Dot matrix and Pass book printers
We have technically trained engineers group to provide online technical support

Our organization is people oriented. We have a matrix structure with clear definition of roles from Trainees to Managers. All the service engineers are regularly trained and updated for the latest products, to ensure better exposure to current technologies and products. We have service offices in and around Bangalore. An in-house R&D Lab supports the service center with all facilities Like Soldering and De- soldering Stations, Hot Air Blower and other Software like QA Check, QA Plus, and Pin Firing Software required for a Thorough Check and Service of all Peripheral Devices.
A standard procedure of calls analysis, recording of calls with call Nos, Technical Call escalations, are set and strictly fallowed upon. The same will be Reviewed Weekly by the R.P.S (Regional Product Specialist) along with the in-charge and Call coordinator.
We in behalf of O.E.Ms and other Companies attend Field Calls on an average of about one hundred calls per month and finish them to their satisfactions which is the most important
Our object is to provide total IT solution under one umbrella to the customer, we have a strong in house team to manage & maintain the Hard ware and Peripherals like WeP, H.P, Epson, TVSE, Cannon, Ricoh, Brother, Lexmark, Samsung, L.G, and other different makes of Printers, Scanners, Monitors & backup devices.
